RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Any non-professional consumer has a right of withdrawal concerning his online purchase, with the exception of personalized products which can therefore no longer be resold according to article L 221-18 of the Consumer Code . The use of the right of withdrawal must be notified in advance by email to the following address : contact@lesfilsdisa.fr using the downloadable withdrawal form .

The right of withdrawal is then exercised without penalty. In the event of use of this right by the Customer, the Product must be returned to Lesfilsdisa within 14 (fourteen) days (beginning on the day of receipt of the Products). Beyond this period of 14 (fourteen) days, the sale is firm and definitive. The Product must be returned in its original condition, new, unworn, unwashed.

Reimbursement is subject to Lesfilsdisa being able to recover the Products initially delivered. Lesfilsdisa makes the refund using the same means of payment as the one used for the transaction.

If the Customer fails to comply with these T&Cs, Lesfilsdisa will not be able to reimburse the Products concerned.

The return of the Products is the responsibility of the Customer. In the event of loss or deterioration of the returned package, we will not be able to refund the order and the buyer must make a complaint directly to his carrier. The return costs are however borne by Lesfilsdisa if the Product delivered to the Customer is different from the Product ordered or if it is delivered damaged.

– Guarantees – Limitation of liability:

Our policy lasts 14 days. If more than 14 days have passed since your receipt, unfortunately we cannot offer refunds or exchanges.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be complete, unused and in its original new condition. We also advise you to use its original packaging.

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will email you to let you know that we have received the returned item. We will also let you know if your refund is approved or declined.
If approved, your refund will then be processed and your original credit card or payment method will be credited automatically within a few days.

- Delayed or Missing Refunds (if applicable):

If you haven't received a refund yet, double-check your bank account first.
Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for your refund to appear officially.
Then contact your bank. Posting a refund is often preceded by a processing time.

-Gifts:

If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the equivalent value of the returned item. Once the returned item has been received, a gift voucher will be sent to you by post.

If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the gift giver had the order sent to themselves with the intention of delivering it to you later, her that we will send the refund and she will therefore know that you have returned her gift.

The shipping costs associated with returning your item are your responsibility . They are not refundable. It is up to you to choose a tracked shipping service or to insure your shipment according to its value, which will circulate under your responsibility until it is received by Lesfilsdisa.
