RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Any non-professional consumer has a right of withdrawal regarding their online purchase, with the exception of personalized products which can therefore no longer be resold according to article L 221-18 of the Consumer Code . The use of the right of withdrawal must be reported in advance by email to the following address : contact@lesfilsdisa.fr using the Downloadable withdrawal form .

The right of withdrawal is then exercised without penalty. If the Customer uses this right, the Product must be returned to Lesfilsdisa within 14 (fourteen) days (starting on the day the customer communicated their withdrawal). Beyond this period of 14 (fourteen) days, the sale is firm and final.

To be eligible for return, you must return your item within this fourteen day period, with return costs being the responsibility of the buyer.

We advise you to use its original packaging and to ensure that the item is well protected for this return. Any damage to the product may entitle us to only provide a partial refund. Personalized products are neither returned nor exchanged.

Reimbursement is provided provided that Lesfilsdisa has been able to recover the Products initially delivered. Lesfilsdisa makes the reimbursement using the same means of payment as that which was used for the transaction.

If the Customer fails to comply with these General Terms and Conditions, Lesfilsdisa will not be able to reimburse the Products concerned.

The return of the Products is the responsibility of the Customer. In the event of loss or damage to the returned package, we will not be able to reimburse the order and the buyer will have to make a claim directly with their carrier. The return costs are, however, the responsibility of Lesfilsdisa if the Product delivered to the Customer is different from the Product ordered or if it is delivered damaged.

– Guarantees – Limitation of liability:

Our policy lasts 14 days. If more than 14 days have passed since you received it, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to let you know that we have received the returned item. We will also let you know if your refund is approved or denied.
If approved, your refund is then processed and your credit card or original payment method is automatically credited within a few days.

-Delayed or missing refunds (if applicable):

If you haven't received a refund yet, double-check your bank account first.
Then contact your credit card company, as it may take a little time for your refund to be officially posted.
Then contact your bank. The posting of a refund is often preceded by a processing time.

-Gifts:

If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal to the value of the item being returned. Once the returned item is received, a gift voucher will be sent to you by post.

If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the gift giver had the order sent to them with the intention of giving it to you later, it is her that we will send the refund and she will therefore know that you have returned her gift.

Shipping costs associated with returning your item are your responsibility . They are not refundable. It is up to you to choose a tracked shipping service or to insure your shipment according to its value which will circulate under your responsibility until its receipt by Lesfilsdisa.
