SHIPMENTS AND DELIVERIES

Deliveries are currently limited to France and Europe. Deliveries to collection points are possible to Germany, Luxembourg, Belgium, the Netherlands, Spain, Portugal and Italy and other relevant European destinations.

Once validated, orders are shipped within 3 to 5 days, and specifically according to the date indicated on the product page at the time of order. 

The delivery method is selected by the customer from the options offered at the time of purchase.

Deliveries are made either by:

- La Poste via Colissimo or Courrier Suivi for France. The delivery time usually varies from 2 to 4 working days from the actual shipment date.      

- Mondial Relay to a collection point. The delay is generally estimated at 4 working days from the actual shipment date.

- Via Delivengo by La Poste, an international shipping solution for professionals. The delivery time varies according to the authorized destination countries (Europe).

Shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Delivery to a relay point is free for purchases over €80 (to mainland France).

The buyer can check the status of their order at any time using the tracking number that will be provided to them upon dispatch. This tracking allows the buyer to know the processing status of their order, as well as the shipping status of their packages.
