This privacy policy explains how Isabelle Bertaux Zevaco (IBZ) collects, uses, and shares your information when you visit or place an order on the www.lesfilsdisa.fr website.

IBZ states that it does not share your data with any other seller of goods or services other than those necessary for the fulfillment and tracking of your order (Carrier, etc.). Under no circumstances does IBZ grant your contact details to an external person or company for profit (resale of information).

Personal information collected:

IBZ shares your personal information for a very limited number of reasons, and in a limited number of circumstances such as national or international shipping service providers and the chosen and used billing software whose saved and hosted data is secured on their servers.

Finally, IBZ may need to collect, use, store, and share your information if it believes in good faith that this is necessary and reasonable to: respond to a legal process or government request; enforce its agreements, terms or policies; prevent, investigate or address fraud or other illegal activity, or technical or security issues; or protect the rights, property, and safety of its customers or others.

Data storage and retention:

IBZ retains your information only as long as necessary to provide its services and for the purposes set out in its privacy policy. IBZ may also need to retain this information to comply with legal and regulatory obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce its commitments. IBZ generally retains it for a period of: 5 years

To comply with tax obligations, your information (name, surname, address, email address) is kept for 10 years as an archive on an external hard drive and paper support. Invoices are generated via the Abby billing software used and sent to you by email to the email address provided.
